Planning Manager – Construction Projects

About the role

Our client, a leading A1 main contractor in Singapore, is seeking an experienced Planning Manager to oversee construction planning and project controls across a strong pipeline of central projects.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Monitor progress against baseline schedules, identify delays and risks, and propose mitigation measures.
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, subcontractors and site teams on planning and progress.
• Prepare progress reports, schedule updates and recovery plans for senior management.
• Support project teams in managing variations, extensions of time and programme‑related matters.
• Ensure delivery according to approved schedules, quality and safety standards.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of planning experience in building or civil construction.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management abilities.
