PM Technician

About the role

The PM Technician ensures that production tools are kept in optimal condition to support safe, efficient, and high‑quality manufacturing. Working on the shop floor, you will collaborate closely with process engineers, maintenance, and quality teams to keep equipment running smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machines.
• Operate and monitor equipment to guarantee optimal performance.
• Maintain high equipment uptime and reliability after maintenance activities.
• Conduct basic troubleshooting for maintenance tasks.
• Follow safety procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Document all service actions and maintain detailed records.

Required profile

• Technical diploma or associate degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Chemical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Technology (or equivalent).
• High school diploma with substantial relevant experience may be considered.
