Poolside Executive

About the role

The Poolside Executive joins Mandarin Oriental’s luxury hospitality team to deliver exceptional poolside service. You will be the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere and seamless operation of the pool area.

Key responsibilities

• Attend daily briefings and execute all assigned tasks.
• Greet and bid farewell to guests with professionalism and warmth.
• Promote poolside amenities through suggestive selling.
• Assist the Pool Manager in maintaining smooth daily operations.
• Ensure tables, chairs and equipment are clean, tidy and ready for service.
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and take appropriate action.
• Support the cashier in preparing and presenting bills.
• Maintain a high standard of personal grooming and professional appearance.
• Perform any ad‑hoc duties delegated by the Pool Manager.

Required profile

• Service‑oriented team player with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work long hours under the sun and handle a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong multitasking capability and resilience under pressure.
• Fluent spoken and written English.
