Presentation & Video Specialist

About the role

Williams Lea is looking for a creative and detail‑oriented Presentation & Video Specialist to join its outsourced presentation services team supporting a leading international bank. The role combines presentation design, visual communication, and video production to deliver high‑quality corporate materials.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional presentation design and formatting support to banking clients on premises.
• Design and enhance PowerPoint presentations, pitchbooks, reports and other business materials in line with corporate branding standards.
• Conceptualise creative ideas and transform data and business content into clear, engaging visual presentations.
• Create charts, diagrams, infographics and other visual elements to communicate financial and business information effectively.
• Provide video editing and post‑production support for internal communications, corporate events and external events.
• Collaborate with bankers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver high‑quality materials within agreed timelines.
• Support other creative and multimedia projects as needed.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Graphic Design, Multimedia Design, Visual Communication or a related discipline.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly After Effects, Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, visual hierarchy and information design.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a professional corporate environment.
• Good communication skills and ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
• Basic knowledge or hands‑on experience with AI prompting / generative AI tools and Blender is an advantage.
