Product Engineer

About the role

Spectainer is expanding its engineering team and seeks a Product Engineer to support the development of its COLLAPSECON and COS products. The role offers a pathway to senior positions in product development or operations, working under the guidance of the Product Lead, a COLLAPSECON expert, and the CEO/Founder.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Product Lead in developing concepts and designs for the product range.
• Create 3D models and detailed manufacturing documentation using AutoCAD.
• Prepare technical drawings, specifications, bills of material and parts lists.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to resolve mechanical, structural and manufacturing issues.
• Support durability assessments and testing to ensure compliance with safety and operational standards.
• Draft maintenance manuals, repair tariffs and documentation for patent updates.
• Obtain technical data from suppliers to aid on‑site maintenance and repair programs.

Required profile

• Rigorous and detail‑oriented with strong initiative.
• Creative, driven and able to work proactively in a fast‑moving environment.
• Background in Mechanical Design or a related field.
• Comfortable collaborating with cross‑functional teams and external suppliers.
