Production Assembly Operator

About the role

BIOTRONIK is seeking a Production Assembly Operator to work in its Singapore facility. The role involves executing production processes for cardio‑ and endovascular medical devices while adhering to strict quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Follow current guidelines, working instructions, cGMP, hygiene and environmental rules.
• Independently perform process steps and monitor execution according to written instructions.
• Report any process, quality or safety discrepancies to the supervisor.
• Maintain accurate documentation such as move tickets and inspection protocols.
• Participate actively in Kaizen initiatives to minimise waste.
• Contribute to a positive workplace culture and maintain a safe work environment.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor to meet production targets.

Required profile

• Completed professional education (preferred).
• Experience in a clean‑room environment is advantageous.
• Background in a production setting, including inspection tasks or machine handling, is preferred.
