Production Operator – 12‑Month Contract

About the role

Join Rockwell Automation as a Production Operator on a 12‑month contract, working in a dynamic manufacturing environment in Singapore. You will contribute to the assembly of electronic and electro‑mechanical products that support a range of industries worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Perform electronic and electro‑mechanical assembly operations on sub‑assemblies and final products.
• Execute wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing according to process sheets.
• Set up equipment and make adjustments while maintaining tolerances to blueprint specifications.
• Follow written or verbal instructions from the supervisor to complete production tasks.
• Inspect and verify work against predetermined tolerances and quality standards.

Required profile

• Minimum secondary education.
• Ability to work on a shift basis (12‑hour day shift with a 4‑days‑on, 3‑days‑off rotation).
• At least 1 year of operator experience in an SMT environment preferred.
• Willingness to commit to a 12‑month contract, with potential renewal or conversion to permanent.
