Project Manager

About the role

As a Project Manager at Jones Lang LaSalle, you will independently lead multiple projects from initiation through hand‑over and closure. You will be responsible for delivering project outcomes on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage 3‑5 projects simultaneously, overseeing all phases from planning to close‑out.
• Prepare and maintain monthly deliverables such as project delivery plans, status reports, cost forecasts, meeting agendas and minutes.
• Establish project budgets, forecast expenditures, and ensure financial compliance.
• Develop detailed programme schedules, risk registers, and PCG (Project Control Group) reports.
• Lead RFP preparation, tender documentation, procurement, and value‑engineering activities.
• Administer contracts with clients, consultants and vendors, ensuring legal and commercial compliance.
• Oversee invoice processing, variation reviews, and timely client approvals.
• Implement and monitor JLL Health, Safety and Environmental systems.
• Chair weekly project meetings and act as the primary point of contact in the absence of senior management.
• Coordinate project close‑out activities, including financial and contractual documentation.

Required profile

• Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects in a construction or real‑estate environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality standards.
• Capability to validate deliverables produced by coordinators and assistant managers.
