Project Manager – New Product Introduction (NPI)

About the role

As a Project Manager – NPI at NTS Singapore, you will lead cross‑functional initiatives that bring new high‑tech products from concept to full‑scale manufacturing. You will ensure projects align with customer requirements, quality standards, budget constraints, and delivery timelines in a fast‑paced semiconductor and electronics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end execution of NPI, transfer, and manufacturing projects.
• Develop detailed project plans, schedules, resource allocations, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain to guarantee project readiness.
• Monitor progress, resolve issues proactively, and drive timely milestone completion.
• Maintain communication with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Ensure projects meet quality, budget, delivery, and customer‑satisfaction targets.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives and handover to production teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Project Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in semiconductor, electronics, or contract manufacturing environments.
• Proven track record managing NPI, transfer, or high‑volume manufacturing projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast‑moving setting.
