Project Manager / Site Manager (Mandarin) – Permanent, Singapore

About the role

The Company is seeking a Project Manager / Site Manager with Mandarin proficiency to lead construction projects from planning through handover. This full‑time permanent role is based onsite in Ubi, Singapore, working Monday to Friday, 9 am‑6 pm.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end project planning, execution, delivery and closing, defining scope, timelines and resources.
• Coordinate design development, procurement, construction and implementation activities.
• Develop and monitor project programmes, work schedules and implementation plans, identifying delays and recommending corrective actions.
• Support the Project Director with preliminary costing, budget assumptions and feasibility inputs.
• Oversee daily site activities, ensuring works follow approved drawings, specifications, safety and quality standards.
• Monitor contractor performance, conduct regular site inspections and enforce corrective actions.
• Manage liaison with consultants, contractors, suppliers and statutory authorities for permits and approvals.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in site management, contractor coordination and stakeholder communication.
• Proven ability to administer project documentation, cost and progress monitoring, risk management and handover processes.
• Capability to assist in feasibility studies and cost comparisons for development projects.
