Project Procurement Manager – eHouses & Modular Structures

About the role

As a Project Procurement Manager you will lead procurement activities for eHouses and modular structures in international projects, supporting both the sales/tender phase and execution. Based in Singapore, you will act as the key procurement interface for the APAC Sales and Bid Management organization.

Key responsibilities

• Drive procurement strategy during the sales and tender phase for selected customers.
• Lead end‑to‑end RFQ processes for materials and services, focusing on eHouses and modular structures that integrate Siemens MV/LV switchgear, busbar systems and third‑party equipment.
• Conduct supplier evaluations, total cost of ownership assessments, contract negotiations and award recommendations.
• Build and manage an international supplier network across Southeast Asia and China, ensuring capability, capacity and long‑term partnership.
• Collaborate with the Center of Competence for Data Center in EMEA/APAC and the Senior Buyer in Chennai.
• Support supplier claim resolution, escalation management and risk mitigation.
• Identify and lead cost‑optimization, efficiency and procurement transformation initiatives, including sustainability and digitalisation.

Required profile

• 15+ years of international project procurement experience covering tender and execution phases.
• 10+ years of sourcing and supplier management experience in Southeast Asia and China.
• At least 5 years of commodity or category management experience, preferably with eHouses, modular structures or electrical infrastructure.
• Strong technical knowledge of modular electrical buildings, MV/LV systems, switchgear, transformers and UPS installations.
