Quality Manager – Manufacturing & QA

About the role

The Quality Manager will lead the In‑coming Quality, In‑Process Quality Control, Final Quality Control, Assurance, Quality System, Physical Laboratory, Quality Service and Business Analyst teams. The role ensures optimal performance in cost, quality, productivity, safety and equipment uptime while acting as the Management Representative for multiple quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage all quality‑related functions across the manufacturing site.
• Maintain compliance with ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS 18001, TS16949, AS9001, NADCAP and RBA standards.
• Plan manpower budgeting, forecasting and performance appraisals for direct reports.
• Set and monitor section‑level objectives and KPIs aligned with corporate goals.
• Drive cost‑saving initiatives and ensure proper document control and revision management.
• Oversee training, qualification and continuous development of engineers and technicians.
• Ensure 5S housekeeping standards are consistently applied.
• Guide the Business Analyst team to produce accurate management and customer reports.
• Participate in improvement programs and resolve quality‑related issues.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 10 years of management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of PCB manufacturing processes, especially within quality functions.
• Demonstrated leadership and interpersonal abilities.
