Quantity Surveyor – Construction Projects

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our construction team, handling cost management and contract administration across various projects.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and review project cost estimates, quotations, and tender documents.
• Submit progress claims and manage variation orders with cost evaluation.
• Review subcontractor quotations and payment claims.
• Monitor project costs, maintain accurate cost records, and assist in contract administration.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.
• Perform other quantity surveying duties as required.

Required profile

• Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience, including A&A project exposure.
• Experience with main contractors is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction contracts, costing, and measurement.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
