About the role
Our client, a growing US‑based investment firm, is looking for a warm and proactive Receptionist to be the face of its expanding Singapore office. The role is fully on‑site and involves welcoming visitors, handling communications and supporting daily office operations.
Key responsibilities
- Serve as the sole front‑of‑house presence, greeting clients, guests and candidates with professionalism.
- Manage incoming calls, mail, couriers and occasional errands.
- Maintain a clean and presentable reception area, lounge and common spaces.
- Oversee meeting‑room calendars, prepare rooms, refreshments and assist with client and investor hosting.
- Stock and tidy pantry areas, order supplies and coordinate with vendors and cleaners.
- Support travel arrangements, expense claims and document preparation for the team.
- Liaise with building management and vendors for maintenance and repairs.
- Coordinate breakfasts, teas, social activities and occasional firm events to foster a collaborative office culture.
Required profile
- Previous experience in front‑desk, receptionist, admin or customer‑facing roles.
- Presentable, warm and professional demeanor with strong attention to detail.
- Positive, hands‑on attitude and willingness to take on varied tasks.
- Commitment to long‑term tenure and ability to work independently.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel.
