Recreation Executive

About the role

Join the Recreation team at Shangri‑La Rasa Sentosa, Singapore’s only beachfront resort, and help create memorable leisure experiences for guests. You will support the delivery of high‑quality recreational services while maintaining facilities to the highest standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in delivering Recreation Department services efficiently and economically.
• Maintain recreation facilities and associated areas to the highest standards during all operating hours.
• Ensure all facilities comply with current legislation and statutory maintenance requirements.
• Conduct fitness classes, including pool fitness, and design curated recreational programs for indoor and outdoor settings.
• Develop and manage recreational activities tailored for children in both indoor and outdoor environments.
• Engage guests actively to enhance their recreational experience and satisfaction.

Required profile

• Experience working in recreational, hotel, or resort environments.
• Ability to design and implement recreational activities for diverse settings.
• Enthusiastic and customer‑oriented approach to guest interaction.
