Reliability Technician

About the role

The Reliability Technician works in a cleanroom environment to support reliability testing and analysis of display and wafer fabrication equipment. The role involves performing environmental stress tests, analysing results, and ensuring equipment meets quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Support and perform reliability and corresponding analysis jobs for process rejects, qualification samples, and RMAs, delivering final reports.
• Plan daily/shifts tasks, ensure hand‑over to next shift, and maintain 5S and safety standards.
• Conduct audits of parts, maintain tools and machines, and support internal and external audits.
• Contribute to capability enhancements, lab setup, and ad‑hoc activities as assigned.

Required profile

• Diploma in Material, Electrical, Electronic or Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent).
• Understanding of Reliability Environmental Stress Test requirements (HTHH, TC, UV, LT).
• Hands‑on experience with analysis instruments such as cross‑section, ion‑mill, CSAM, EDX, FTIR, FIB.
• Knowledge of material characterisation procedures including bend, abrasion and adhesion tests.
• Self‑directed, able to work shift patterns and overtime when required.
