Restaurant Manager – Jiang-Nan Chun (Cantonese Fine Dining)

About the role

Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is seeking an experienced and passionate leader to manage Jiang‑Nan Chun, its award‑winning Cantonese fine‑dining restaurant. Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, the Restaurant Manager will be the visible face of the venue, ensuring every guest receives the hallmark Four Seasons service.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of restaurant operations, including guest experience, service standards, and operational execution.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing team to maintain consistent service excellence.
• Drive commercial performance through effective cost control, revenue management, and upselling of the wine programme.
• Maintain and elevate the restaurant’s reputation for refined Cantonese cuisine and impeccable service.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure menu execution aligns with brand standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing a fine‑dining or upscale restaurant.
• Strong leadership presence with the ability to inspire and develop staff.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences in a luxury hospitality setting.
• Ability to uphold and enhance the restaurant’s reputation among discerning local and international guests.
