Restaurant Manager – Multiple Locations

About the role

ABR Holdings Limited is looking for experienced Restaurant Managers to lead its island‑wide outlets in Singapore. You will oversee daily operations, drive guest satisfaction, and support the growth of each restaurant.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Restaurant Manager in managing staff, customer service, and financial performance.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve the guest experience and increase revenue.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and legal regulations.
• Provide training, coaching, and development opportunities for team members.
• Create and manage staff schedules, monitor attendance, and evaluate performance.
• Identify operational issues promptly and work with the management team to resolve them.
• Contribute to achieving financial targets and strategic objectives.

Required profile

• Significant experience in a deputy or assistant management role within hospitality.
• Strong leadership and people‑management abilities.
• Excellent customer‑service mindset and problem‑solving skills.
• Solid understanding of health, safety, and legal standards in the sector.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
• Passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
