Sales Account Manager

About the role

MyRepublic Broadband is seeking a Sales Account Manager to expand its market presence in the ICT and telecommunications sectors. You will drive revenue growth through strategic partnerships, client acquisition, and tailored business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and growth areas in ICT and telecommunications.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans targeting key clients, industries, and partnerships.
• Identify, engage, and nurture relationships with potential clients in ICT and structured cabling systems.
• Collaborate with technical and sales teams to design and present customized solutions.
• Lead proposal development, pricing, and contract negotiations to secure favourable terms.
• Work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and technical support to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Monitor KPIs, report on business development activities, and provide market feedback to product teams.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of corporate IT sales experience in a B2B environment.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, comfortable engaging senior or C‑level executives.
• Proven ability to navigate gatekeepers and connect with key decision‑makers.
• Self‑starter with solid business acumen and a results‑driven mindset.
• Motivated, persistent, and collaborative with excellent negotiation abilities.
