About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales and Marketing Manager to lead the promotion and sales of our real‑estate projects. The successful candidate will design and execute comprehensive strategies that drive revenue and enhance our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing plans to meet project revenue targets.
• Formulate pricing strategies and align marketing activities with overall business goals.
• Conduct market research, analyse trends, and adjust tactics to stay competitive.
• Collaborate with sales, design, and development teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
• Create compelling marketing collateral such as brochures, presentations, and digital content.
• Oversee digital initiatives including website development, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising.
• Manage product launch activities, sales galleries, agency liaison, and budget monitoring.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a growing sales and marketing team.
• Maintain relationships with clients, agents, brokers, and industry partners to generate referrals.
• Track performance metrics, report progress, and recommend improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of experience in sales and marketing within the real‑estate sector, including managerial responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of real‑estate market dynamics, property development processes, and sales cycles.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Strategic thinker with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
