Sales Development Representative, APAC

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Sales Development Representative (SDR) for the APAC region to join Hazelcast’s sales team. Based remotely in Singapore, you will generate qualified leads for Regional Sales Directors and Corporate Sales, handling inbound inquiries and outbound prospecting to drive pipeline growth.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed monthly metrics such as qualified meetings and opportunities.
• Prospect, educate, qualify and develop target accounts across the APAC market.
• Respond to inbound leads and nurture them into sales opportunities.
• Conduct outbound call campaigns, overcome objections and identify decision‑makers.
• Collaborate with Marketing to promote events and follow up on leads.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM tools (Salesforce, Outreach) and use research platforms (LinkedIn, Seamless.Ai, Zoominfo).

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of B2B sales development or related experience.
• Proven success in cold calling, lead qualification and meeting targets.
• Strong communication skills with ability to engage developers, IT architects, line‑of‑business leaders and C‑level executives.
• Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented and able to work independently.
