Sales Development Representative (Bilingual)

About the role

Crimson Education is seeking a bilingual Sales Development Representative to be the first point of contact for incoming leads and potential clients. This full‑time, hybrid position will support prospective families across a range of consulting programs, ensuring a smooth and premium customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound enquiries and conduct outbound calls to assess fit, readiness, and intent of prospective families.
• Accurately record and manage lead data in Salesforce CRM, moving leads through the pipeline with discipline.
• Schedule qualified consultations for Academic Advisors and the Country Manager, preparing leads for successful handovers.
• Follow up promptly with event‑generated leads and represent Crimson at school talks, seminars, and industry events.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with prospective families, including Mandarin‑speaking parents.
• Maintain accurate reporting for management and continuously improve outreach scripts and qualification techniques.

Required profile

• Fluent in English and Mandarin.
• Strong verbal communication and empathetic listening skills.
• Experience handling inbound and outbound sales calls or lead qualification.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.
• Eligibility to work in Singapore (citizen or permanent resident).
