About the role

Deel is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join its Singapore team. In this role you will be the first point of contact with prospective customers, helping them understand how Deel’s payroll and HR platform can solve their global workforce challenges. You will work closely with account executives and marketing to align messaging and ensure a steady pipeline.

Key responsibilities

  • Generate new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting using email, phone, social channels, events and campaigns.
  • Identify, research and qualify prospective clients by understanding their needs, challenges and readiness to engage.
  • Create and execute outreach sequences to nurture leads and set up qualified meetings for the sales team.

Required profile

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong curiosity and a proactive attitude toward learning about prospects’ businesses.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑growth SaaS environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple outreach activities simultaneously and meet activity targets.
