Sales Executive – Singapore

About the role

The Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for the airline by managing and expanding business across assigned retail outlets, travel agents, trade partners and corporate clients in Singapore. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, optimizing promotional activities and building strong stakeholder relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve assigned sales and revenue targets within the designated market and travel‑agent network.
• Implement strategic sales initiatives for travel agents, corporate accounts and retail partners.
• Manage and optimise promotional activities and point‑of‑sale materials to maximise market presence.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions and trade developments to provide data‑driven insights.
• Prepare and deliver monthly performance analyses by market, agent, route and class mix, and recommend corrective actions.
• Produce timely, data‑driven reports using company tools to support strategic planning.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trade partners, outlet teams and commercial associates.

Required profile

• University graduate in Business, Marketing, Hospitality or a related field.
• Minimum five years of sales experience in a recognised airline or travel agency.
• Proven analytical and report‑writing abilities with a focus on sales and revenue data.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Right to live and work in Singapore.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
