Sales Manager

About the role

Soori, a distinctive luxury hospitality brand, is looking for a driven Sales Manager to lead commercial efforts across its two resorts – Soori Penang and Soori Bali. The role focuses on building high-quality client relationships and driving revenue from international luxury leisure markets while acting as a brand ambassador.

Key responsibilities

• Follow sales direction set by corporate management and the Director of Marketing for each property.
• Manage and grow a defined portfolio of accounts across both hotels.
• Identify and develop new accounts and partnership opportunities within assigned markets and segments.
• Build and maintain relationships with luxury travel advisors, tour operators, destination specialists, consortia and preferred partners.
• Support a relationship-led sales approach for the heritage property and a broader account base for the resort.
• Collaborate closely with reservations, marketing and operational teams to convert opportunities into confirmed business.
• Provide disciplined reporting, follow-up and day-to-day coordination with reservations.

Required profile

• Outgoing, engaging and polished with strong personality and credibility.
• Commercially driven with an entrepreneurial mindset, motivated to grow into senior sales leadership.
• Ability to act as a brand ambassador and prioritize quality of business over volume.
• Experience in luxury hospitality sales or similar high-end leisure environments.

Required skills
