Secondary Supply Teacher

About the role

Dover Court International School is seeking a qualified Secondary Supply Teacher to deliver high‑quality lessons across its IGCSE/GCSE, International Baccalaureate and BTEC programmes. The role is on‑site and involves working with a diverse student body in an inclusive, international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging lessons in line with the IGCSE, IB and BTEC curricula.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a safe, supportive learning environment.
• Assess student progress, provide feedback and record grades accurately.
• Support co‑curricular activities and contribute to the school’s broader community life.
• Adhere to all safeguarding policies and complete required vetting procedures.

Required profile

• Qualified teacher with experience in secondary education.
• Familiarity with the British curriculum, IGCSE/GCSE, IB and BTEC frameworks.
• Commitment to inclusion, diversity and the welfare of all learners.
• Willingness to undergo national and international background checks.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic, multicultural school setting.
