Semiconductor Fabrication Operator (FAB Assistant)

About the role

The Semiconductor Fabrication Operator supports wafer production in a high‑tech manufacturing environment. Working under close supervision, you will operate and calibrate key equipment to ensure consistent, high‑quality semiconductor devices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform wafer fabrication functions including alignment, masking, etch and diffusion.
• Operate, calibrate and run process equipment in the fabrication environment.
• Follow standard procedures and tools to troubleshoot and implement corrective actions.
• Deliver assigned output while adhering to defined process control parameters.
• Share information and updates within the team to maintain smooth operations.

Required profile

• Less than 1 year of related experience in semiconductor or similar production settings.
• Ability to work on routine assignments with limited judgment.
• Willingness to learn company policies, procedures and acquire job‑specific skills.
• Comfortable receiving detailed instructions and working under close supervision.
