Manager, Energy Transition Planning

About the role

Join Surbana Jurong as a Manager in Energy Transition Planning, where you will help shape the future energy mix of industrial parks and drive sustainable growth. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver consultancy, investment promotion, digitalisation, and economic advisory services.

Key responsibilities

• Lead energy transition consultancy, evaluating business models and scenarios for industrial park energy mixes.
• Support investment promotion by synthesising industry insights and engaging corporates internationally.
• Provide digitalisation consultancy, reviewing processes and IT systems to develop data strategies and high‑level system architecture, including requirements for an Integrated Command Centre.
• Deliver economic advisory, formulating industry development strategies and programmes to capture value, grow output, and increase land uptake sustainably.

Required profile

• Understanding of energy transition fundamentals and ability to perform financial modelling.
• Familiarity with digitalisation consultancy and experience on similar industrial projects.
• Interest in cold‑calling and economic advisory activities.
• Strong PowerPoint skills and confidence presenting to senior executives.
• Willingness to travel for several weeks to regions such as Africa and China.
• Growth mindset, positive attitude, and supportive teamwork orientation.
