Senior Associate / Associate, Equity Platform Manager

About the role

DBS Consumer Banking Group, the leading bank in Asia, is hiring a Senior Associate / Associate for its Regional Equity Platform team. As a key member of the team, you will provide equity trading platform and domain expertise to front-line and stakeholder teams, supporting and monitoring online equity trading platforms, managing issue escalation and collaborating with business, technology and design partners to deliver a reliable and intuitive trading experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and support end-to-end delivery of equity and wealth platform initiatives, system enhancements and projects, including system and process testing in an Agile environment.
• Collaborate with business units, internal stakeholders and external vendors on timely delivery, scope alignment and quality.
• Partner with design teams on journey flows, screen designs and specifications aligned with business and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain project artefacts such as plans, documentation, workflows and diagrams.
• Raise, review and manage user stories; coordinate and run User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with manual and automation testing teams.
• Support order management processes and work with technology teams on sprint plans, narratives and test strategies.
• Analyse platform performance data to find optimisation and stability improvements.
• Support operational rollouts of equity across internet and mobile channels and provide post-go-live support, including training, issue investigation and escalation within SLA timelines.
• Work with product and marketing teams on feature adoption and client engagement, and respond to trading enquiries from Relationship Managers and stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or a related discipline, with 3-5 years of relevant experience in requirements gathering, business analysis and stakeholder collaboration.
• Experience or strong knowledge of wealth investment products, especially equities, with a sound understanding of equity markets and trading principles.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple deliverables and meet deadlines with attention to detail.
• Self-motivated, proactive and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

Required skills

• Solid IT and platform exposure, preferably on banking or wealth management platforms such as AVALOQ.
• Agile environment and user story management.
