Senior Cluster Revenue Analyst

About the role

The Senior Cluster Revenue Analyst is responsible for analysing revenue, profit and demand for hotel rooms and function space across a defined market or cluster. You will produce forecasts, budgets and daily projections, and use analytical tools to maximise revenue and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare three‑month, six‑month, long‑range and budget forecasts for rooms and function space occupancy, revenue and profit.
• Generate accurate, timely reports and presentations for general managers, property leadership and sales teams.
• Analyse revenue and profit data to identify current and potential issues and propose actionable solutions.
• Critique sales strategies, communicate brand initiatives and market analysis to hotels, franchise partners and owners.
• Manage all revenue, profit and demand data associated with rooms and function space.
• Drive execution of predetermined revenue management strategies and recommend process improvements.

Required profile

• 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel & Restaurant Management or related field plus at least 2 years of experience in revenue management, sales or marketing.
• OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with no prior work experience required.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex data into actionable insights.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for reporting and stakeholder engagement.
