Senior Creative Designer

About the role

Sephora SEA is looking for a Senior Creative Designer to shape high‑end 3D design solutions for its rapidly expanding retail footprint across Southeast Asia and Oceania. You will translate Sephora’s Brand DNA into innovative store concepts and visual merchandising experiences that delight customers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver premium 3D design concepts for new stores and creative visual merchandising projects.
• Collaborate with Store Designers to define layouts, customer flow, and spatial experiences.
• Partner with Fixtures & Creative Visual Merchandising Designers to create brand‑aligned product presentations.
• Produce advanced 3D renderings, virtual walk‑throughs, and visual presentations for stakeholder alignment.
• Lead projects from concept to execution, managing schedules, budgets, and deliverables independently.
• Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of design intent.
• Support additional creative initiatives such as office design and prospecting visuals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in retail or commercial design, preferably within the beauty or cosmetics sector.
• Strong ability to work autonomously while collaborating across multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent visual communication skills and a keen eye for brand consistency.
