Senior Digital Executive (7‑Month Contract)

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Digital Executive to cover a maternity leave from June to December 2026. This 7‑month contract offers the chance to work with one of the world’s most beloved brands, gaining hands‑on experience across digital, CRM, and customer‑engagement projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate CRM communications with agencies and ensure timely launch to the targeted Member Base.
• Manage personalised deals and rewards, monitoring performance against plan.
• Conduct monthly member insights analysis to inform strategy.
• Support McDonald’s marketing campaigns and ensure audience data flows to paid media.
• Maintain hygiene and operational excellence for business‑as‑usual campaigns.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of CRM experience.
• Comfortable learning new tools and platforms.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
• Clear communicator who collaborates well across functions.
• Interest in digital, mobile apps, and customer engagement.

Required skills

• Basic SQL knowledge.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite.
• Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., loyalty or marketing automation tools).
