Senior Housekeeping Attendant (Rooms)

About the role

The Senior Housekeeping Attendant (Rooms) ensures that all guest suites and assigned work areas are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and comfort. Working on‑site at Raffles Hotel Singapore, you will create a welcoming environment that reflects the hotel’s historic luxury and service excellence.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain immaculate cleanliness and comfort of guest suites in the assigned section.
• Deliver a welcoming room experience that meets resident expectations and brand SOPs, including LQA standards.
• Observe and anticipate resident needs discreetly, offering prompt and personalised service.
• Communicate resident preferences to the Assistant Manager for profile updates.
• Report and hand over lost‑and‑found items to the Housekeeping office immediately.
• Keep pantry and work areas organised and equipment clean and functional throughout the shift.
• Adhere to Work Safety and Health policies and support CSR and sustainability initiatives.
• Participate in team meetings and perform any additional duties assigned by management.

Required profile

• Primary school education.
• Good command of written and spoken English.
• Ability to organise own workflow and complete duties within the shift.
• Flexibility to adapt to operational changes with a positive attitude.
• Commitment to safety, hygiene and the hotel’s service standards.
