Senior Machine Maintenance Technician

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Machine Maintenance Technician to ensure the reliability and efficiency of production equipment. You will lead maintenance activities, minimise downtime, and support continuous improvement in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and troubleshoot line equipment to support production output, scrap reduction and quality targets.
• Perform advanced repairs, set‑ups, type conversions, fine‑tuning, and equipment optimisation.
• Lead preventive maintenance (PM) tasks, calibrations and tool checks, ensuring proper documentation.
• Mentor junior technicians and provide training on equipment handling.
• Analyse equipment data to identify improvement opportunities.
• Collaborate with engineers on complex tasks and continuous‑improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with CSR, EHS, QM, ESD, 5S and clean‑room protocols.

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering or equivalent technical certificate.
• At least 3 years of relevant technical experience in machine maintenance.
• Proficiency with computer systems and standard software applications.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
