Senior Manager (Facilities Management)

About the role

The Senior Manager (Facilities Management) will lead the operation and maintenance of campus facilities, ensuring smooth daily performance and alignment with sustainability goals. This role works closely with internal stakeholders, external contractors, and vendors to keep the campus safe, efficient, and future‑ready.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with stakeholders, conduct site inspections, and liaise with contractors to manage campus facilities.
• Complete administrative processes in the Facility Management System (FMS) and Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) on schedule.
• Track and analyse utilities consumption and equipment performance data to support sustainability initiatives.
• Support digitalisation projects for building operations, including the exploration and implementation of new technologies.
• Assist the Reporting Manager in planning daily operations and overseeing corrective maintenance works.
• Conduct Root Cause Analysis on major equipment failures or recurring maintenance issues.
• Manage addition & alteration (A&A), facility renewal, and improvement projects as assigned.

Required profile

• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Estate Management.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field.

Required skills

• Knowledge of building services and mechanical & electrical (M&E) systems.
• Experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) and/or Computerised Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
