Senior Manager, FP&A

About the role

Join Surbana Jurong’s global urban and infrastructure consultancy as a Senior Manager, FP&A. You will lead group‑level financial planning, forecasting and performance management, providing forward‑looking insights that shape strategic and operational decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Group’s financial planning cycle, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasts and financial outlooks.
• Prepare and deliver monthly and quarterly management reporting packs for senior leadership.
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models linking operational drivers, strategy and financial outcomes.
• Conduct scenario modelling, sensitivity analysis and forward‑looking analysis to support executive and board decisions.
• Develop valuation models (DCF, scenario and sensitivity) for strategic planning, investment decisions and long‑term value creation.
• Provide analytical support for business cases, investments and strategic initiatives, assessing financial returns and risks.
• Streamline and automate financial planning, reporting and analysis processes, leveraging new technologies and tools.
• Contribute to finance transformation initiatives, enhancing analytical capability and commercial mindset across the team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of experience in financial planning & analysis, valuation and corporate finance.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional finance teams and influence senior stakeholders.
