Senior Packaging Designer

About the role

The Senior Designer (Packaging) will create outstanding, brand‑aligned packaging solutions that delight clients and push creative boundaries. Reporting to Creative Directors in the UK and Netherlands, you will lead projects from concept through to final production.

Key responsibilities

• Manage packaging projects from initial brief to delivery, ensuring high‑quality, on‑time outcomes.
• Collaborate with client services and creative teams to strengthen relationships and translate strategy into visual concepts.
• Mentor junior and mid‑weight designers, providing direction and feedback throughout the design process.
• Work with the strategy team to shape brand identities and guide photography art direction, both in‑studio and on‑location.
• Present concepts clearly to internal stakeholders and clients, articulating the creative rationale.
• Act as a brand guardian, maintaining consistency across all touch points.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
• 5‑7 years of experience in agency or in‑house creative design, preferably in packaging.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating packaging concepts and implementation.
• Excellent communication, time‑management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple projects and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Fluent English and a digital portfolio ready for submission.
• Located near the regional office for occasional in‑person meetings; hybrid work model.
