Senior Quality Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Quality Engineer to lead quality initiatives across product development and mass production, ensuring high‑quality delivery to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the team in handling quality excursions and implement timely corrective actions.
• Oversee product and material quality from New Product Introduction (NPI) through mass production.
• Develop and maintain quality control plans for materials, processes and products.
• Monitor and report internal and external quality KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives for customers, the company and suppliers.
• Maintain internal quality systems, procedures, work instructions and workmanship standards.
• Lead and follow‑up on process, product, system and supplier audits, including ISO and safety audits.
• Coordinate Engineering Change (EC) and Supplier Process Change Notification (SPCN) implementations.
• Coach junior quality staff and contribute to quality strategy deployment.

Required profile

• 4‑6 years of experience in a quality engineering role within a manufacturing environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent education and experience.
• Strong understanding of how quality decisions impact customer satisfaction, on‑time delivery and profitability.
• Excellent communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
