Senior Resident Architect (SRA)

About the role

The Senior Resident Architect (SRA) will provide architectural leadership for high‑complexity public facilities, with a focus on airport terminal projects. This position requires a BOA‑registered architect who can oversee design and construction phases, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the architectural design and development of airport terminal or equivalent high‑complexity public facility projects.
• Ensure all design solutions meet BOA registration standards and local building regulations.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary engineering and construction teams to deliver projects on schedule.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior architects and design staff.

Required profile

• BOA‑registered architect.
• Minimum 15 years of professional experience, including at least 10 years post‑registration.
• At least 5 years continuous service with Bureau Veritas.
• Proven experience in airport terminal construction or similarly complex public facilities.

Required skills

• Architectural design for large‑scale public infrastructure.
• Knowledge of BOA standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience managing complex construction projects.
