Senior Service Technician – HVAC Systems

About the role

Johnson Controls is seeking an experienced Senior Service Technician to lead the maintenance, repair, and commissioning of heating, ventilation, and air‑conditioning (HVAC) systems for our clients. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering high‑quality service, diagnosing issues, and ensuring optimal building performance.

Key responsibilities

• Perform routine servicing, inspections, and preventive maintenance of HVAC equipment.
• Overhaul, repair, and troubleshoot HVAC units, addressing malfunctions promptly.
• Conduct testing and commissioning of newly installed or repaired systems to verify performance.
• Maintain accurate service reports, equipment status logs, and maintenance schedules.
• Communicate technical findings and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
• Identify upselling opportunities that improve facility efficiency.

Required profile

• O Level / A Level / ITE / Diploma in Mechanical and Electrical engineering.
• Minimum 1 year of hands‑on experience in HVAC or Building Automation System (BAS) maintenance.
• Ability to read schematics and produce clear service reports.
• Strong communication skills in the local language.
• Willingness to learn, work as a team player, and be on standby when needed.
