Senior Site Foreman (Building)

About the role

The Senior Site Foreman supports the Deputy Project Manager and Project Manager in overseeing all on‑site activities related to building works. This role ensures that formwork, concrete, rebar and reinforcement tasks are executed according to design specifications and quality standards while maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction drawings before distributing information to subcontractors and crews.
• Lead teams in executing basement lean concrete works and prepare sites for formwork and rebar installation.
• Inspect and supervise the casting of basement slabs, walls, and columns.
• Maintain housekeeping and enforce safety provisions across the site.
• Assist in daily manpower and resource scheduling, track man‑hours, and resolve site‑level issues.
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment to keep the project on schedule.
• Prepare and submit daily allocation sheets and manage material requisitions from store.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 years of experience in building engineering or construction site management.
• Strong familiarity with construction drawings, specifications, and detail interpretation.
• Proven ability to lead crews and coordinate multiple subcontractors.
• Commitment to safety practices and quality standards on site.
