Senior Visual/UI Designer

About the role

We are looking for a Senior Visual/UI Designer to create user‑centric, visually compelling digital experiences. You will be responsible for designing interfaces for both web and mobile applications while ensuring usability, accessibility, and brand consistency.

Key responsibilities

• Develop intuitive, aesthetically appealing UI designs for websites and applications.
• Create icons, illustrations, and other UI assets that align with brand guidelines.
• Design responsive and adaptive layouts that work across various screen sizes and devices.
• Produce low‑fidelity wireframes and interactive prototypes to validate concepts.
• Collaborate closely with UX researchers to understand user needs and improve experiences.
• Maintain and evolve style guides and design systems for consistency.
• Conduct usability testing and apply accessibility best practices.
• Iteratively refine designs based on feedback and testing results.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience as a Visual/UI/Web Designer.
• Degree, diploma, or equivalent practical experience in Design, HCI, or a related field.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visually appealing and user‑friendly UI work.
• Proficiency with industry‑standard design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, and Figma.
• Solid understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience working in cross‑functional teams with developers and UX researchers.
• Knowledge of web and mobile technologies and their impact on design feasibility.
• Ability to stay current with design trends, tools, and emerging technologies.
