Senior/Executive Engineer – Commuter Infrastructure Development (Civil 2)

About the role

The Senior/Executive Engineer will lead the design and construction of bus depots and bus interchanges/terminals, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full design and construction process for bus depot and interchange projects.
• Supervise project execution, monitoring progress against budget, contract specifications, design, safety and quality requirements.
• Coordinate contractual, technical and public‑relations matters with contractors, design consultants, government agencies and community stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with building codes and construction safety regulations throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a civil/structural engineering or construction project environment.
• Strong leadership abilities and solid knowledge of building codes and safety regulations.
• Detail‑oriented with excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in transformation and productivity initiatives within the construction industry is an advantage.
