Site Foreman – Building Projects

About the role

The Site Foreman will support the Deputy Project Manager/Project Manager in overseeing all on‑site activities for building works, including formwork, concrete, rebar and reinforcement. You will ensure that work complies with specifications, quality standards and safety regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Review and interpret construction drawings before distributing information to subcontractors and workers.
• Lead crews in basement lean concrete placement, formwork set‑up and rebar installation.
• Inspect and supervise the casting of basement slabs, walls and columns.
• Maintain housekeeping and enforce safety provisions on the site.
• Assist with manpower planning, daily man‑hour reporting and resource allocation.
• Coordinate timely delivery of materials and equipment to meet the construction schedule.
• Prepare and submit daily allocation sheets.
• Receive, order and manage store materials.
• Ensure strict adherence to workplace safety practices.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in building engineering or construction site management.
• Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and detail interpretation.
