Site Supervisor (Architectural/Structural)

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Site Supervisor with a focus on architectural and structural works to lead daily site operations. The role involves coordinating crews, subcontractors, and suppliers while ensuring quality, safety, and schedule compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to meet architectural/structural workmanship standards.
• Monitor progress against the program, report delays and implement corrective actions.
• Supervise subcontractors and day‑to‑day site activities, enforcing site rules.
• Manage site logistics and material deliveries to minimise downtime.
• Maintain accurate site records and liaise with the site team.

Required profile

• Diploma in Civil Engineering or Building.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Formwork Safety Supervisor certificate (preferred).
• Experience in precast construction (preferred).
• Background in architectural and/or structural works.
• Strong communication skills and a team‑player attitude.
