Software Engineer – Containerized Web & Mobile Apps

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer to design, develop and maintain web and mobile applications on containerized platforms. The role works within an Agile team collaborating closely with offshore developers.

Key responsibilities

• Develop applications based on requirements and technical designs.
• Collaborate with offshore teams using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Apply best practices in code quality, testing, CI/CD, and security.
• Integrate with messaging platforms, databases, and web/mobile front‑ends.
• Resolve performance, stability, and security issues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of software development experience.
• Strong knowledge of the software development life‑cycle and good communication skills.

Required skills

• Java EE (IBM WebSphere preferred)
• Docker and Podman with Kubernetes or OpenShift
• Messaging platforms such as Solace or IBM MQ
• Oracle DB, SQL, JDBC, REST APIs, WebSocket, SSO
• CI/CD pipelines and testing practices
• OpenShift or Kubernetes certification (nice to have)
• Performance testing (JMeter) (nice to have)
• Container or application security experience (nice to have)
• Flutter/Dart exposure (nice to have)
• Node.js (nice to have)
