Junior IT Support Engineer – Managed Services

About the role

We are looking for a Junior IT Support Engineer to join our Managed Services team in Singapore. You will be the first point of contact for client incidents, ensuring smooth operation of their IT environments while gaining exposure to a variety of technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the initial contact for client incidents, acknowledge, triage and resolve basic technical issues.
• Perform scheduled health checks on backups, patch management and server monitoring to prevent problems.
• Meet SLA targets by addressing client requests within agreed timeframes.
• Assist in preparing monthly service performance reports highlighting uptime and incident trends.
• Execute standard change requests such as firewall rule updates, permission changes or software updates following Change Management procedures.

Required profile

• Customer‑service mindset with a professional and empathetic approach.
• Diploma in IT or equivalent with a solid technical foundation.
• Understanding of ITIL processes (incident, problem, change) is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Adaptable attitude and willingness to learn multiple client environments.
