Supplier Quality Manager

As a Supplier Quality Manager you will lead supplier qualification, monitor quality performance, and drive continuous improvement across the supply chain.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee quality assurance for allocated suppliers, covering component and finished‑goods manufacturing.
• Ensure supplier compliance with product/process specifications and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with R&D, Operations and other functions to embed quality, reliability and durability.
• Participate in product development to guarantee raw material and component release meets agreed standards.
• Conduct gap analyses, identify capability gaps and implement risk mitigation plans.
• Collect and analyse supplier performance data (FPY, QA, PSI, CTX) and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage SCAR processes, ensure effective closure and escalation of unresolved non‑compliances.
• Maintain the Approved Supplier List and promote quality awareness with OEM/ODM partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
• 4‑6 years of experience in supplier quality, product quality or process engineering within domestic appliances or related sectors.
• Strong communication skills in English and the local language (e.g., Mandarin).
• Self‑motivated, action‑oriented with a sense of urgency and ownership.

Required skills

• Statistical methods and quality tools (QFD, CtQ flow‑down, DfSS, SPC, APQP, FMEA, MSA, Control Plan, Lean).
• Auditing expertise; Lead Auditor certification preferred.
• Experience with GB or BB certification advantageous.
