SVP, Overall Lead for Agentic Governance and Resilience

About the role

DBS is looking for a Senior Vice President to lead governance, resiliency and control frameworks for customer-facing agentic AI solutions such as digibot, joybot and voicebots. The role sits within the Group Operations Capability Centre (GOCC), which accelerates AI capabilities and ensures resiliency and standardization, and works closely with data governance, information security and risk management teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define the governance and resiliency framework for GOCC and align it with the Bank's data and AI governance standards.
• Lead risk-based controls and SOPs for autonomous chat and voice agents, covering the full AI lifecycle.
• Design operational guardrails, incident protocols, fallback mechanisms and real-time observability to ensure high availability and business continuity.
• Partner with Data Management, Information Security and Risk Management to meet regulatory and security standards, and act as the primary governance liaison for agentic deployments.
• Provide strategic direction on risk and resilience to delivery teams, program managers and product owners, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
• Drive adoption of new risk and governance processes across business and operational teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
• 12-15 years of progressive experience in program and risk management, with 7-10 years in a leadership role on large-scale digital transformation, compliance or governance initiatives in retail banking.
• Deep expertise in AI/ML governance, operational risk management and digital transformation in financial services.
• Proven ability to influence senior executives and strong leadership, communication and negotiation skills.
