About the role
We are looking for a Technical Delivery Engineer to lead end-to-end streaming and network issue resolution, support telecom product integration, and drive on-site deployments for our customers in Singapore.
Key responsibilities
- Troubleshoot streaming and network problems such as latency, packet loss, buffering, and playback issues.
- Support integration and testing of telecom products.
- Lead on-site deployments, user acceptance testing, performance testing and acceptance.
- Provide L2 technical support and collaborate with R&D teams to resolve critical issues.
- Prepare technical documentation and enhance delivery processes through automation and scripting.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in technical delivery, integration, or operations.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Strong troubleshooting, customer-facing and communication abilities.
- Experience with Singapore or Southeast Asia telecom operators is a plus.
- Good English communication skills.
